Potatoes with carrots and garlic

This is so simple, but also so healthy and tasty!

For two or three people we'll need:
1kg potatoes
some oil for frying
some marjoram, salt and other spices you like
3 bigger carrots
a few tbsp of mayonaise
a few cups of kefir (or milk)

Peel the potatoes, chop them into as small pieces as possible (they will be ready faster), put some oil into the frying pan and fry the potatoes with the lid closed. Sometimes stir the potatoes and put some salt, marjoram, basil or other spices you like.
Peel the carrots, grate them. Put them into a bowl and stir them with mayonaise.
When the potatoes are ready, put them into plates and some carrots next to them.
Eat them with kefir or milk.
